DRESS CODE
In addition, the teachers can see the student’s form
and technique. Anything other than approved BKC attire can be
distracting to the teachers and other students.
Dance Class Attire:
Broadway
Babies 2-4
Any solid
color leo / Pink Tights/ Ballet Skirt (optional-attached skirts
preferred for this option) *Student may wear white ankle sock in place
of tights
Pink Ballet Slippers Capezio or Bloch (split sole preferred) , Black
patent Tap shoes - capezio
Boys Black shorts or sweats and t-shirt

1 inch heel bloch or capezio maryjane

1 ˝ inch heel bloch (no capezio)
Ballet

Additional :
*You may wear a t-shirt or sweater/sweatshirt during acting classes only
*If you are only signed up for Acting classes you should wear black
sweats and t-shirt – no jeans are permitted in classes due to movement
restriction
*No jewelry in any classes
*Hair must be pulled off face and neck and secured
*Additional shoe requirements will be given out depending upon
production.
*Please have a dance bag with your name written clearly on it
*Its very important to label dance items (shoes, skirts)
